Profile: A service delivery, supply chain and operations executive with over 25 years of experience in the technology, services and outsourcing industries.

Mr. Bishop possesses considerable experience leading successful go-to-market strategies and driving business development activities as well as in leading global operations to exceptional levels of performance.  In past assignments he founded, led and developed a number of world-class services organizations.  His areas of expertise include business process outsourcing, technical support and customer service call center solutions, telesales, field service and managed services.

Prior to founding Next Move Services, LLC, Mr. Bishop served as Executive Vice President, Americas and APAC for Stream Global Services, Inc.  While at Stream he oversaw an operation that consisted of 28 service centers, 26,000 employees and annual revenue of $580M.  In previous roles he served as Chief Operating Officer at Interactions, Inc., an innovative hybrid speech recognition/human services provider to the call center industry.   Prior to Interactions he served as Vice President of Service Delivery for Circuit City where he developed and launched the company's "firedog" branded service business.  Generating in excess of $415M in annual revenue, the "firedog" operation consisted of a number of value-added field service, call center and managed services offerings targeted at the consumer and small business markets.  

In past postings Mr. Bishop founded and served as President and General Manager of PC Technology Services, Inc. (PCTSI), a Gateway affiliated company, Vice President of LifeCycle Services at Inacom Corp., Chief Operating Officer for Installs, inc., and Vice President of the Technical Service Solutions division for Convergys.
